I didn’t audition for any role in particular, and I was waiting to hear if I’d gotten a callback, but what I got was a call from the director to tell me I’d been cast as Nina, in the play “Nina”.

Yes.

It’s the lead. And no, it’s not in school. And yes, I’m freaking out in the best possible way.

She’s a very dark, very troubled character who uses sex and drugs to escape from her reality, and I can’t wait to get my hands on that full script!!

I know you know this already, but I’m so happy for you and proud of you. You’ll be absolutely brilliant, and the play is lucky to have you in its cast.

I can’t wait to be there every night cheering for you.
